3. Service Booking Policy
Customers can book services online via our website, phone, or email.
Booking confirmation will be sent within 12 hours via email or phone.
A deposit of 30% to 50% of the total value may be required (depending on the service).
The service is only guaranteed after the deposit is received.
4. Payment Policy

5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees vary by service type. For most services, the following applies:

Note: For certain services (e.g. flight tickets, train tickets, cruises, attraction tickets), cancellation and refund policies are subject to the provider’s terms and may not be refundable or exchangeable.
